Delivery Info
- Our delivery area covers most of the Klang Valley
- Delivery charges will be charged according to the delivery location. The delivery charges will be waived for the orders exceeding RM250 & above.
- For orders received before 12pm, delivery is within the same day
- Delivery time starts from 12pm – 6pm
- Any redirect or resend product will be charged with extra delivery charges depends on the kilometers
- 21 Red Rose Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery
- In case if our rider couldn’t find any parking, we got the right to call the receiver to pick up the product in the Main Entrance/Lobby.
- Our operation hours for Monday to Sundays are 9am – 7pm and we are closed on Malaysian Public Holidays
- We do accommodate special deliveries for Malaysian Public Holidays. Please contact us directly at (603) 3319 9883 or (601) 6322 3526 to make any special arrangements.
- However, some deliveries may not be done within a specific time requested
- Any orders for Wreath / Sympathy Flowers, the time & date of the funeral (when the deceased will be taken for burial) MUST be stated clearly in your order. We are not responsible to make any refund or accept any cancellation order
- Any cancellation of order must be made at least 2 days in advance before the delivery date or any redirection must be informed 2 days in advance.
- During the PEAK/FESTIVAL Season (Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Hari Raya, Deepavali Day & Christmas Day), kindly place your orders 3 days in advance
- Due to the unusually higher demand during PEAK/FESTIVAL Season, we will try to accommodate our delivery time (12pm – 6pm). Otherwise delivery will be made within the delivery date.
